Situational Leadership® Training Program

Brought to you by the Center for Leadership Studies International, and being a Certified Trainer for CLS in the Middle East, this program is for organizations seeking to excel in the learning and development journey they provide their employees with. The Situational Leadership® Model focuses on the relationship between leaders and followers and provides a framework to analyze each situation depending on the Performance Readiness Level that a follower exhibits in performing a specific task. The leader responds with the necessary amounts of supportive and directive behavior to advance development.

Who is it for?

Organizations seeking to train their employees on the different leaderships styles and skills in different situations, and when to use each and with whom.
Organizations with employees who have recently been promoted into a managerial role or who have been in a leadership role for many years already.

Based on two fundamental research questions: “What is the best leadership style?” and “What are the driving forces behind human motivation?”
